  • Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all tags properly attached

  • Products without original packaging or tags

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Share images of the product for quick resolution
